Pet Mercantile is an online shop for cats, dogs and the people who look after them. We keep the range small on purpose: beds, toys, walking gear, grooming tools and travel kit that solve an everyday problem, at a fair price.
How we choose products
- Useful first. Every product has to do a clear job, like keeping a dog visible on night walks, saving the sofa from claws or making car trips calmer.
- Honest listings. We write our own descriptions, list real measurements, and leave out medical claims. If a product has sizes, the chart is in the photos.
- No fake reviews. Reviews come from real buyers. Some are imported from our supplier's store for the exact same product; those are labelled on each review, include low ratings too, and are never sent to Google as our own ratings.
Where your order comes from
We work with partner warehouses. Most products ship from warehouses in the United States and arrive in about 4 to 8 business days. A few ship from our overseas warehouse and take 9 to 16 business days; their product pages say so, with dates, before you order. Shipping is free on US orders over $49, and you have 30 days to return an item.
We also ship worldwide from our overseas warehouse, for $9.99 or free on orders over $79, with delivery in about 10 to 20 business days.
